• The 25 Litre internal product chamber holds up to 20kg honey.
• 18 litre water jacket with a reliable digital thermostat control.  Temperature range of 20-100 deg Celsius.

• Stainless steel product taps and bridging pipe.
• Water jacket drain tap to drain if required.  Normally, once filled (use demineralized water) just top up as required
• Product tap heights 18cm and 23cm.
• Bottom Internal tap sits approximately 1cm from the chamber base on the inside of the product chamber therefore ensuring maximum drainage.
• Top and middle taps are the product taps to the chamber, bottom red tap is to empty the water jacket.
• Cold start to 85 deg C.  in approximately 90 minutes.  This is the fastest heat up time for volume available on the market thereby saving valuable time in your production process.
